2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products through our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products
Grains of the Earth offers handmade jewelry and related accessories.
Because every item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, finish, stone characteristics, or other details are normal and should be expected. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device, lighting, or browser settings.
4. Custom and Personalized Orders
We may accept requests for custom or personalized jewelry.
Because these items are made specifically for the customer, additional communication, production time, pricing, or design approval may be required.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing, deposits or payments made toward custom work may be non-refundable once production has begun.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If a pricing error occurs due to a typographical mistake, technical issue, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a full refund.
6. Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Payment
Payments are securely processed through payment providers available on the Wix platform.
Grains of the Earth does not store complete credit card or debit card numbers.
Your payment information is handled according to the applicable payment processor’s privacy and security practices.
8. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

9. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with USPS, but carrier delays remain outside our control.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Opened or used jewelry may be returned if it otherwise qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
We also offer exchanges for eligible items.

11. Product Care
Jewelry should be handled with reasonable care.
Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, excessive moisture, or harsh conditions may affect the appearance or longevity of jewelry.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow reasonable care practices are not considered manufacturing defects.
