Product Information
This handmade turquoise opal pinecone necklace sets a blue-green turquoise opal accent against the warm brown and golden pattern of a real knobcone pinecone. The cool color and the cone's earthy tones make a clear, eye-catching contrast.
The knobcone pinecone was gathered near Mt. Shasta in Northern California, then selected, cleaned and prepared. It was cut to reveal the cone's interior, then shaped, sanded and finished by hand in McCloud, California. UV-hardened marine-grade epoxy protects the surface with a glossy finish while the pinecone's detailed pattern stays visible. Gathering is done by hand and focuses on cones found on branches brought down by wind, snow or other natural conditions rather than removing cones from living trees.
This necklace suits anyone who loves handmade jewelry, opal colors and the outdoors. It can be worn as an everyday statement piece or given as a nature-inspired gift.
Because each pendant starts with a real pinecone, its outline, pattern and coloring are naturally individual. Every finished piece is unique and will vary from the photo.
