At Grains of the Earth, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Eligibility: Items may be opened or gently used but must be returned in reasonable condition. Please include the original packaging whenever possible.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Exclusions: Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

At Grains of the Earth, we carefully prepare each handmade order for shipment.

• Shipping Area: We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

• Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders containing 20 items or fewer.

• Larger Orders: Orders containing more than 20 items may incur shipping charges. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

• Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. If tracking is available, it will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow time for USPS tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
